Choose to collect the car or have it delivered to your home
gowago.ch offers 2 ways of receiving a car:
Pick up the car at the garage location
The dealership will introduce the car and provide you the keys. On the day pick up, you will receive an SMS with 2 links. One is to sign a handover protocol, which documents any scratches and damage visible on the vehicle if applicable. The other link is to upload a copy the car registration document, which you can take with your phone’s camera.
Delivery at the location of your choice
Delivery to your home or another location in Switzerland is included for free with an All-in-one package, or can be arranged for an additional fee without All-in-one.
On the delivery day, a transporter will deliver the car to the address of your choosing. During the delivery you and the delivery driver sign a handover protocol, which will have been sent to you by SMS earlier in the day, after carefully checking the car together for scratches and damage.
In the SMS there will be a second link to upload a photo of your car registration document.
