Unlike with leasing, you do not need to take out full casco / comprehensive insurance when purchasing a car with the Gowago Car Credit. You have full freedom to choose the type of insurance you want to use to cover yourself and your car.
Please keep in mind that every car in Switzerland needs to have at least liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung). Otherwise, depending on your budget, you are free to decide on the addition of a partial comprehensive insurance or full comprehensive insurance package.
We recommend, however, to take out full comprehensive insurance to be on the safe side and to avoid sudden high costs.
