Why are some of the inclusions on the front of my All-in-one card unchecked?

Some of the features included in your All-in-one package may appear unchecked on the front of your All-in-one service card. This is due to way we work with some service partners, but it does not impact what services includes in your package. To check what’s included in your package please refer to your All-in-one contract.
