What happens during the handover?
During the handover, the customer receives the car and needs to fill out the handover form. After this process, the lease officially begins.
After the contract has been signed, the car will be prepared for the handover. With gowago.ch, there are two options for the handover: Home delivery or a Pick-up at the dealership.
In both cases, the customer will arrange a date for the handover together with the gowago.ch delivery team. On the day of the handover, the customer will receive a text message or e-mail with the handover protocol, which needs to be filled out by the customer once the car has been received.
