How to use an All-in-one card to pay for services included in your package
When subscribing to an All-in-one package, you will receive an All-in-one service card in the mail.
When you visit one of our partners – to change your tyres, perform a routine service, etc. – simply present your All-in-one customer card to receive all the services included in your subscription at no extra cost. Invoices will be sent to us directly for payment to the service provider.
Vehicle tax is the only exception (included in All-in-one Premium). The vehicle registration office for your canton of registration will mail the vehicle tax invoice to your address, since we can't receive it on your behalf. Once you receive it, please submit the document to us in using this form. We will pay the invoice on your behalf. However, if you have already paid the invoice, we will reimburse you the amount paid.
