How to sign your contract online
Before you start
- Make sure you have the following documents ready:
- Swiss citizens: ID card or passport
- Non-Swiss citizens: Passport and residency permit
- Your leasing contract: Available after registration
- Service Hours: Available from 7 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. Outside these hours, it’s unavailable due to required background processing.
Step 1: Open the link
You’ll receive an email with a link. Click it to go to the signature website, where you'll need to enter your contract number and personal details (name, birth date, etc.).
Step 2: Upload your contract
After filling in your details, upload your contract as a PDF file. You can review it and re-upload if needed.
Step 3: Choose how to identify yourself
You have two options for identity verification:

Option 1: Smartphone App
- Begin by scanning the QR code or downloading the app from the App Store/Google Play.
- Enter your Ident ID (shown after imputing all your information on the signature website) to start.
- You will then be connected to a live advisor who will first ask to take a picture of your face.
- Next they will ask you to show your ID or passport (plus residency permit for non-Swiss citizens) on your phone’s camera.
- Then you will need to verify your phone number (you’ll get a code via SMS).
- Lastly, verbally confirm that you want to sign the documents.

Option 2: Computer with webcam
- Make sure you have your ID card or passport (plus residency permit for non-Swiss citizens) ready.
- Introduce your phone number and accept the general terms and conditions to proceed.
- Allow the website to use your camera and microphone.
- You’ll be connected to a live advisor, who will who will first ask to take a picture of your face.
- Next they will ask you to show your ID or passport (and residency permit if needed) to the camera.
- If your webcam quality is low, they might ask you to switch to the smartphone app.
- Lastly, verbally confirm that you want to sign the documents.
That’s it! Once done, your contract will be signed and submitted.
