Cars with All-in-one Premium are protected by an extended warranty
The extended platinum warranty included in All-in-one Premium packages covers cars in the event of a mechanical issue or fault you didn’t cause.
When the manufacturer’s warranty ends the extended warranty from Mobile Garantie AG continues to protect the car for the remaining length of the All-in-one contract term.

What’s included in the extended warranty cover?
The extended platinum warranty covers the major systems of a car in case of a defect or fault after the manufacturer warranty ends.
Anything that breaks or fails during normal use is covered by the warranty. This includes:
- Fuel system
- Electrical system
- Cooling system
- Comfort electronics
- Exhaust system
- Security systems
Extended coverage and deductible
The extended warranty from Mobile Garantie AG includes the repair of the guaranteed parts by replacement or repair, and the labor charges according to the labor costs established by the manufacturer.
The costs of materials and parts are reimbursed up to a maximum allowance, that is calculated by the manufacturer's price recommendations and from the mileage of the damaged component at the time of repair.
The coverage is as follows:
- Up to 50,000 km 100%
- Up to 60,000 km 90%
- Up to 70,000 km 80%
- Up to 80,000 km 70%
- Up to 90,000 km 60%
- Up to 100,000 km 50%
- More than 100,000 km 40%
As the policy holder, you will be responsible for the remaining difference in the form of a deductible.
What to do if there’s a fault or mechanical issue
In the event of a fault or mechanical issue, please report the issue to an official garage of the manufacturer of your car within 5 days of discovering the problem, and always get an approval before arranging repairs.
The car can be repaired at any official garage of the brand of the car. If the car is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty claim can be made directly with the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer’s warranty is no longer valid the garage will need to contact Fleet Service AG, to validate the repairs. You will be asked to provide the All-in-one contract number (AIO) you can find on your All-in-one card.
