Make a warranty claim using the manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty included in All-in-one Premium
Cars are usually covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for the first few years of it’s construction. All-in-one Premium customers continue to be protected by an extended warranty from Mobile Garantie AG after the manufacturer’s warranty has ended.
A warranty covers the costs of repairs if something breaks or fails during normal use throughout the warranty period.
Damage that is caused during an event, such as collision, must be claimed against an insurance policy - such as the one included in every All-in-one package - as the cost of repairs would not be covered by a warranty.
How to make a warranty claim or report a fault
If the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid you can report a warranty claim directly to an official garage of the brand of your car.
If the manufacturer’s warranty is no longer valid, but you have an All-in-one Premium subscription an extended warranty from Mobile Garantie AG provided by Fleet Service AG continues to provide coverage. The garage will need to contact Fleet Service, to approve the repairs. You will be asked to provide the All-in-one contract number (AIO) you can find on your All-in-one card.
If you have any questions please contact All-in-one customer services.
